Welcome to the consultation website about the future of the Broadway Complex, a Grade I listed landmark in the heart of historic Westminster.

About 55 Broadway

The Broadway Complex was completed in 1929 as the new head office of the Underground Electric Railways of London Ltd, a predecessor of Transport for London.

The building was designed by the renowned architect Charles Holden, who was responsible for more than 50 stations and associated structures during the 1920s and 1930s.

Tony Matharu, Founder and Chairman of Integrity International Group, recently purchased the Broadway Complex with the intention of serving as its long-term custodians, sensitively rejuvenating and opening-up this landmark to the public.

We are keen to understand the views of residents, visitors and workers on our proposals prior to submitting a planning application to Westminster City Council in late 2019.

You can view the boards displayed at the public exhibition and fill out a feedback form using the links below.
